Water heater of 23 years finally died! We decided to pull the plug and have a tankless-on demand unit installed. This is where Jamie comes in and he did a fantastic/professional job. Very thorough and explained it all! Very happy customer 😃
An excellent experience. Jamie, our tech, was knowledgeable, polite, and did great work. Even our cat trusted him. Also appreciate all the additional testing (pressure, water quality, chlorine) and did not hard sell on upgrades. Gave us multiple estimates and even did the install same day. I had an excellent experience with Joe Stark from Ben Franklin Plumbing. He presented me with several options for installing a new water softener and itemized everything so I could pick and choose the best option for me. He explained everything in an easy to understand, but detailed manner. Very friendly with no sales pressure at all, which I greatly appreciate. Brent came in and assessed the old water heater leak at bottom of unit not repairable, base area all corroded. Gave replacements options and we signed on the spot for him to install new water heater. He went over whole process and then went to work. Outstanding job. From start on inspection to completion only 2 1/2 hrs. Wore boot slips on boots, rolled out runners on carpet, hauled old heater out and cleaned up then reviewed features on new water heater. A very nice gentleman.
