CJ and his partner were super knowledgeable, personable, and did a great job explaining the situation with our loose sitting toilet. We live in an old home (90 years old) and wouldn't have thought twice about the toilet rocking slightly and the problems it could cost. I really appreciated his insight! He also did a great job giving us different price points for various levels of the fix so that we're fully informed.
I had the Best Plumbing experience. The technician was named " Jade ". Nice, polite. I told him what was going on, he looked at the faucet told me what needed to be done. I agreed. Lukas was here for about 7 hours today, I had a new lift station installed, a new water heater (old one was from 1999, I was very lucky to have it last that long) along with a new water softener, this old one only being from 2000. He was kind and very respectful of me and my home. He was very knowledgeable. I’m glad I came across a coupon for them. They had also replaced my furnace and a/c unit unbeknownst to me as that happened when my parents were alive. I give Lukas and his partner Bennett the highest rating I could. AWESOME customer service, knowledge and everything else. Thank you SO much.
Brent and Daunte installed a new water heater in my home on 11/11. The entire process was great, and they did a great job. The workmanship was top notch. I’m very satisfied with Ben Franklin plumbing. I will use again.
