I had the Best Plumbing experience. The technician was named " Jade ". Nice, polite. I told him what was going on, he looked at the faucet told me what needed to be done. I agreed. Fabrice was a thorough and competent plumber. He assessed my entire home, started and reset my water softener, answered all my questions, and gave me appropriate recommendations for upgrades and safety devices. I have hired him to install an under sink reverse osmosis water, purification system in my kitchen. I would recommend him for any future home projects. I have been using Ben Franklin for my plumbing services for over six years in this home and my previous home. I have found them to be very responsive and reasonably priced.

Water heater of 23 years finally died! We decided to pull the plug and have a tankless-on demand unit installed. This is where Jamie comes in and he did a fantastic/professional job. Very thorough and explained it all! Very happy customer 😃

Our hot water heater started leaking on a Friday AM. Panic with the weekend coming but Matt from Northern Benjamin Franklin was at our house that afternoon with a new hot water heater. Pleasant and knowledgeable and got the job done. And when we discovered a slight problem just after he left and called, he returned to the house to take care of it when he could have easily just told us what to do. We will use them again!
