The technician that was sent to my home was very professional, helpful, insightful, and above all help me to save money by trying the most cost-efficient options first. My toilet was leaking…it had a bad seal that needed to be replaced. So the toilet needed to be removed, new seal added and then my toilet set back. From my initial request, I was contacted and Toby was out to fix it within 4-5 hours. He assessed the problem quickly and was able to fix it expediently. He was courteous and did a great job. I gave 4 stars only because the price feels high ($724 including the $69 service fee). I’m not in the plumbing business so I really don’t know if that is too much. I do know they fixed my toilet quickly and it’s in perfect condition now.

Jeston, was early to the appointment! He was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions! He was very thorough on fixing my master room shower! Even tho it fought him all the way! He was up for the challenge! He went out of his way to make sure everything was working the way it should before he left! I was impressed!!! He took his time to ensure that the job was done correctly! And I appreciated that! Nothing is worse than having to call again to get something fixed!!! I hope to work with him and his business again, if or when I need another plumbing job again! I will definitely give them a call! A+A+A+! I hope his boss lets him know what a great job he did!!!!!
