We had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA replace our hot water heater and install a smart whole-home water shutoff system. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. I must first say that I was ultra pleased with my first AI phone interaction to make an appointment! It was better than a real person. I could understand every word she said. The voice was polite, no attitude, asked all the right questions, nothing more or less. And in fact, I got a same day appointment! On to the estimate. Steve looked at everything I had. Explained what could and couldn't be done. Explained in detail how and what would be needed for my new gas line. Word of caution, this is not an inexpensive process. The parts are expensive. But Explained as to why that was the case. Felt great about what Steve would be doing and scheduled the work.

Very professional, explained everything so I understood what he would do and why. He didn't try to oversell. He recommended a couple of things that would help, but no pressure. I don't normally do more than just a simple recommendation. In this case I would have to say I highly recommend them.

Matthew was amazing! Our pump broke when we lost power, he came and repaired everything! He was super professional and knowledgeable. Very dependable and left no mess for us. Excited to use our washing machine and basement bathroom with no further worries. They also quoted less than others for our repair and explained the entire process. Thank you Matthew Tacia!
