Carl the technician that was sent to our house was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed our issue easily and provided us with information on how to prevent it from happening again. I'd highly recommend him personally to anyone needing any plumbing done in their house. A lot of companies don’t recognize the importance of the initial contact. In our case it was Erica who was unbelievably pleasant and caring on the phone. Next, our technician Dave was courteous, competent and very easy to communicate with. Most importantly, the biggest impact he made on us at the end of the day was not the work he performed, rather he discovered an expensive gold bracelet in the trap of our bar sink and returned it to us promptly!

Used them two times already my team leader Zizz that came out showed up earlier than time given. He was very professional and courteous. And very humorous!!!! Shawn & Christian was the Technician’s that came out to perform the work. They were both very professional and courteous. The work that was performed they made sure everything was in working order. A great company from their office personnel to their field personnel. From the time I spoke to them the process was straight forward clear and concise. They even picked up my water heater from Home Depot. Very professional, a price you can’t beat. Alex and Trey got the job done in an efficient manner and even came back when I was having an issue and sorted it out no questions asked. Any time I have a plumbing issue this will be my go to company. I’ve dealt with a lot of others here in the Lafayette area but their attention for customer service can’t be best.

Oscar and his co-worker Kenny did a very commendable job. They did a call ahead which was appreciated and were right on the estimated given time. Both guys were industrious, hard working, conscientious of ensuring the area was clean after they finished and assured us if for any reason a situation might develop to contact them. They took pride in their job and were very pleasant to work with.

Highly recommend!! Very professional and willing to help and answer questions in person and over the phone. You're in great hands with Benjamin Franklin. I have not used their service myself but a friend of mine did and from what ive seen and watched them do (replace and update toilet pipes to code) friend had old plumbing causing issues and was notified he needed to update his pipes to a bigger one to be up to code. They handled it quickly and calmed my stressed friend by answering questions and quoting him a great price. After Ben Franklin guys did their job we remodled the rest of the bathroom. His wife was happy, i didnt have to figure out plumbing and everyone was happy they didnt have to use the neighbors restroom anymore.lol. All in all they took about a day to handle it from call to finish.
