On the seventh of April Austin from Ben Franklin Plumbing installed a new hot water heater for our home. Eric did an amazing job for us. He communicated well, provided options and recommendations based on risk, exactly what we needed to hear. Then after installing, he went the extra mile and walked around the house and different water fixtures to ensure the problem was solved.
