Benjamin Franklin plumbing and my tech was Eric Charon. First of all they were very fast to come out. Eric was awesome he helped me layout the whole hole tank and marked it because I had no clue where it was. Told me exactly what to expect and how it was going to be done. Eric was very friendly and professional in his time with me. Overall I am very pleased with the service and price. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and Benjamin Franklin plumbing other than I know I found a company to help me out with plumbing. Definitely recommend this company!
I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing regarding a recent issue with low water pressure. Their team was incredibly responsive, immediately prioritizing my concern and booking me the first available appointment. My technician, Hallam Cottingham V, was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about my home's specific equipment. He immediately put me at ease with the dedication and care he applied to solving the problem. The job ultimately required a couple of hours, but Hallam worked diligently and straight through until it was done. He not only resolved the low pressure but also cleaned up his workspace. As a bonus, he even noticed and tightened a loose sink faucet while testing the water flow—a true commitment to detail! Great company that responds quickly! Our technician, Eric, was personable and professional. He had to dig to find our septic lid on a hot day and kept up his positive attitude. Pricing was fair and he worked quickly. We will recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Eric to all of our neighbors!
