Water Heater Guarantees

If you find yourself needing a new water heater, make sure you enlist the services of our Greenville plumbers. We're your emergency plumbers. Sam was our technician and did a great job. He came out during a stressful situation with a failing water heater and no hot water, and even though it was late, he was professional, patient, and thorough. He explained our options clearly and made sure everything was installed safely. We really appreciated his hard work and the peace of mind he provided. "I think Benjamin Franklin himself said it best: 'An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure,' but in my case, a call to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was worth three times the cost of a water heater in saved 're-piping' fees! If you enjoy shivering in an ice-cold shower while a 'big box' store tries to convince you that you need to re-pipe your entire house for the price of a small yacht—by all means, call the other guys. But we chose sanity instead. After the 'unnamed' hardware store told me my perfectly fine copper lines were a disaster, Vincent and Josh from Ben Franklin showed up within the hour. They debunked the 'gas line catastrophe' and had our family back in steaming hot showers before sundown. Quick, honest, and didn’t try to bankrupt me. They are officially our first call from now on. Sorry big-box store, it’s not me... it’s your terrible advice!"
