Benjamin Franklin plumbing and my tech was Eric Charon. First of all they were very fast to come out. Eric was awesome he helped me layout the whole hole tank and marked it because I had no clue where it was. Told me exactly what to expect and how it was going to be done. Eric was very friendly and professional in his time with me. Overall I am very pleased with the service and price. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and Benjamin Franklin plumbing other than I know I found a company to help me out with plumbing. Definitely recommend this company!

This company was so easy to deal with. The lady who took my call and booked the appointment to our service tech they were professional and so easy to deal with. Great customer service all the way around and to have a fair price with that service is awesome as well. I highly recommend them.

Kevin was professional and down to earth. He explained things in a way I understood and didn’t mind that I had my dad on the phone too. He really listened to our needs and balanced that with what we could afford. He got the job done in one day and it looked great and worked great. He made sure we were all set up! Thankful!
