Benjamin Franklin plumbing and my tech was Eric Charon. First of all they were very fast to come out. Eric was awesome he helped me layout the whole hole tank and marked it because I had no clue where it was. Told me exactly what to expect and how it was going to be done. Eric was very friendly and professional in his time with me. Overall I am very pleased with the service and price. I cannot express how grateful I am for Ben Franklin Plumbing. My dad’s water heaters pilot would not light and the tech came and told us the vent was condensing water and causing the firebox to be wet. He fixed it within an hour and the charge was extremely awesome considering the timeline they completed the job. From me calling to them closing the service ticket was same day.
