We had a slab leak and needed everything rerouted. Esteban explained what he was doing every step of the way, and even though the final price was higher than the estimate we were happy to pay it. Ang was outstanding today. He arrived within 45 minutes of my calling the office regarding a just discovered hot leaky water heater. He quickly assessed the problem and provided the bad news that I needed to replace my old water heater. He then produced 4 different estimates for the replacement. He was friendly, helpful, and responsive. He is an asset for Ben Franklin.
Sean Hoffman was prompt, and quickly identified a shear wall member that was located directly behind a Pedestal Sink that was being reinstalled in the same location but higher due to floor installation. He was knowledgeable, provided options/costs and measured our house water pressure. I will request Sean going forward to eventually replace main valve to house and other plumbing repairs.
