I called One Air Heating for a second opinion on my furnace drama. I have battling it since the first of December with another company. First off the second opinion was free! I did not know that! How Wonderful for this old lady! Cody came out same day....what a great guy and very knowledgeable of my furnace unit. After explaining my troubles, and he listened to all of them, he looked at the thermostat and the the unit. Turned out I need a control board, which of course, is back ordered. So.....he did a temporary fix, and checked to see if they had any boards at all for the unit in case the fix doesn't hold. Found an old board, but have decided to wait if the temporary fails. He came out on the 21st and as of the 24th, its still working. He even gave me his number and said if any problems give him a call. He even texted on friday to check in. Great Service for sure, I'm glad I called their number for the second opinion. Thanks so much Cody!
Our 14 year old water heater met its last days and was confirmed by David during our annual club membership plumbing inspection. David answered my barrage of questions about the insane amount of different types of water heaters available and we decided that the Essency EXR was our upgrade. David did an amazing job installing the new water heater into our Harry Potter nook. He took the time to answer my additional plethora of questions while the new fancy gizmo filled and we got it registered and connected to wifi (I know, fancy fancy). Hands down, David is the man!
Excellent Service from Start to Finish! We recently had their team come out to repair a water leak and they ended up replacing all of the old copper water lines in our home and couldn’t be happier with the service. They were prompt (on a holiday weekend), professional, and clearly explained what needed to be done before starting the work (David). The job was completed efficiently and the work area was left clean -and on a federal holiday (Travis and Cody). The pricing was fair and transparent with no surprise charges. We especially appreciated their patience in answering our questions, the quality of the work they did and their friendly yet professional demeanor. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services and will definitely call them again for any future needs. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us!
Tech came out in a timely manner, communicated his time of arrival and performed the service. Had positive experiences with both Jordan and Ryan who took care of our plumbing needs quickly and efficiently. Briana also helped us save on our preventative maintenance and visit costs by getting our membership set up. Great business, worth keeping a membership to get you heating/ac serviced before summer/winter. Wanted to add onto my last review as I had another positive experience with this service. Called to have a water pump that was causing the pipes to shake when several faucets were running switched out. The tech came out and found significant corrosion in the pipes and warned us of the danger of a pipe burst. We called back to have the plumbing changed out, we were quickly scheduled, within a week. Cody and Austin came out and changed out all of the piping. They were very respectful with our space and worked quickly and efficiently. I felt very comfortable and well informed of the work being done. I'm glad they notified us of the risk of a pipe rupture, in place of a 2-3k job it could have easily cost upwards of 30-40k to get everything fixed.
My Tech was Cody. He serviced my heating unit 1/23/26. He was professional friendly and respectful. He noted the issue with my unit and took care of it. I've been using One Hour heating since 2012 and will continue. I always have a good experience.
