He kept me updated through out the entire process & made sure I was informed of all my options. He definitely showed me he takes pride in his job and his attention to detail in his work shows! He replaced my shower handle stem and handle. Complete Install of a new main water shutoff with a pressure regulator valve, and an expansion tank, both of which entailed very restricting and difficult location and placement. Luckily Ethan’s positive attitude and efficient work relieved the stress of such a big, unexpected repair. Great experience. Absolutely happy with my choice. 100% recommend. 10/10.
