Luis did a great job. He arrived on time, was friendly and polite and completed the job for me quickly and professionally. The drain for my new washer dryer was clogged. He got it flowing quickly.
Have to say that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a great place to contact for the services they provide. No need to search for different companies. This company addresses ALL concerns about plumbing issues. Very professional, courteous, hard working and dedicated to complete the job. Their work ethics are stellar. Answers all questions and concerns. Reasonable on costs. I will not seek any other company for help. To seek help from elsewhere would be foolish! Number one fan here!!! Michael just left our house and he did an amazing job! He immediately found the cause of all of our problems and very efficiently and pleasantly fixed them all. He’s leaving now and he didn’t leave anything undone even though he had to stay late for us. We are so thankful that he came right when he was supposed to and did a fantastic job and was super professional. We want Michael back every time we need a plumber from now on.
We had a kitchen clog that did not respond to homemade remedies for unclogging it. We called Ben Franklin based on a recommendation from a neighbor. They responded promptly and sent Casey who got things back to normal for us in no time. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin and Casey.
Casey was amazing! This company is awesome! I would recommend them any day of the week! Extremely happy with the service and will continue to use them from here on out. We had our whole main stack replaced, kitchen sink redone, and they fixed the shower leaking. They made sure that they fixed every issue and told us about the things that required more work. Will be using them again in the future to fix my downstairs bathroom.
