I have used this company for many years and they never cease to amaze me at the workforce they have! Alan was out today to fix a plumbing issue under a manufactured home and went above and beyond to fix the issues. Not only did he have to climb under the house in this winter weather and I am certain it was not a fun job. He also stopped at the end of the drive when he was leaving and brought my garbage cans down. These are the type of people you appreciate so much in this day and age!!
Bret came out to the house because we were loosing water pressure and occasionally our water would completely stop, upon arrival he ran his tests and finally diagnosed the issue of needed a new pressure tank. He was very professional and didn’t leave anything behind when leaving. Could recommend this company and Bret especially to anyone that is in need of any plumbing work!
During the recent rainy days and nights I discovered my sump pump was not cycling properly ... Called DeBord and they dispatched a very competent and polite plumber the next morning ...After assessing the problem ALLEN explained the various solutions and pricing, and then went to procure the correct plumber-grade sump pump for my situation ... He replaced the pump efficiently and courteously, and then made sure he cleaned-up any soil created from the repair activity ... I was impressed with his shared knowledge and personable manner ... I highly recommend this plumbing company and ALLEN !!!
I recently had a problem with my toilet backing up frequently. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and they sent me a technician out very quickly and he immediately identified the problem and proceeded to get and install a pressurized toilet. Alex did a great job and I believe he was very knowledgeable about his work. Thank you all.
