I have used this company for many years and they never cease to amaze me at the workforce they have! Alan was out today to fix a plumbing issue under a manufactured home and went above and beyond to fix the issues. Not only did he have to climb under the house in this winter weather and I am certain it was not a fun job. He also stopped at the end of the drive when he was leaving and brought my garbage cans down. These are the type of people you appreciate so much in this day and age!!

Allen was meticulous in checking out everything related to installing a new toilet. Very satisfied!!

Bret came out to the house because we were loosing water pressure and occasionally our water would completely stop, upon arrival he ran his tests and finally diagnosed the issue of needed a new pressure tank. He was very professional and didn’t leave anything behind when leaving. Could recommend this company and Bret especially to anyone that is in need of any plumbing work!

I recently had a problem with my toilet backing up frequently. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and they sent me a technician out very quickly and he immediately identified the problem and proceeded to get and install a pressurized toilet.
