Michael also worked with my schedule and so I did not have to work my schedule around his.

I called to have my water heater inspected at noon and James was at my front door at 2pm. He gave me a thorough explanation of the problems that needed to be fixed and multiple options to choose from to fit my budget. Lewis arrived early the next morning to remove my old water heater and install the new one. He also installed a Flow Tech in the laundry room and replaced a broken hose bib on the exterior of the house. All the work performed was done to code and very professional. Israel Romero was a very professional technician ! I enjoyed his company while he replaced a 40 yr old outdoor faucet and a new valve inside our laundry room which was causing the outdoor faucet to leak! He did however have to cut into our wall in order to remove the outdoor faucet! He was able to cover the wall with the access panel for the meantime!
