KAMAKANI Was very friendly and courteous did a great job for me. He was very personable and made sure that the job was done right so that I wouldn’t have to call him back. I called today, Black Friday in the afternoon for a drain clearing. Dusty came out in about an hour and snaked my tub that was backing up when I used my bathroom sinks. He had the problem solved Pronto. He was my miracle today. So professional, cleaned up all the black gross 🤮 mess in the tub. It was sparkling and easy . Scheduling was easy. I appreciated the text updates and confirmation options. The staff member on the phone was kind and attentive to my potential needs/concerns. The tech, Mike Palmeri, was personable and knowledgeable. He was great with the dogs and answered my young son’s million questions while working on the drain. The clog in my kitchen sink was fixed and we are grateful!
Our water heater went belly up. After three different plumbers failing to return calls and total unprofessionalism. We called Benjamin Franklin. They did not disappoint. Had someone to our home same day. The guy had the old water heater out and new one in quickly. Ryder Hewitt was awesome. Came right in and went right to work. Serviceman was personable, on time , and knew what he was doing. He diagnosed my toilets’ problem immediately. I’m thankful he had all the parts he needed in his truck. Gerald was awsome but he had to change the price that I agreed on. It wasn't his fault, he tried to help us safe money. I was disappointed with the price that he was told for the job. I agreed because I liked his personality and I felt he was honest compared to the others. I had to get the job done asap 😩. I am tight with money but it is what it is. 🤷.
Technicians were very friendly and professional. I really liked that they called before the appointment time to know let me know exactly how long until they would arrive, and sent a text message with the names of the Technicians and their pictures. Also, once they arrived they walked me through what they were going to be doing and answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot.
Jeff was very insightful and a pleasure to have service our plumbing issues. He successfully cleared a clog in our basement drain and diagnosed a plumbing leak. Highly recommend!
