We had a blocked drain and Mike came to the rescue. He is one of the nicest people. He helped me understand the issue, what he was doing to fix it and was so patient with me asking so many questions. Also he was so great at cleaning up all the goo from the snake thingy. Even found a cracked washer. Also he helped me save money by changing the plan we have with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Wesley was such a genuine guy and got right to work on the build up in our drain and got it all blasted out and taken care of. Nice to chat with and focused on his work.
