Arrived in timely manner. Explained what would be done and kept me updated on any delays. Explained the repair (root wrapped around pipe and pressure eventually broke the pipe). I guess 25 yrs w/o any issues is pretty good.

We recently got a tankless water heater and the whole team took great care of us! After our originally water heater busted after almost 20 years, causing some damage, we reached out to Benjamin Franklin who took excellent care of us! We had an issue with a backyard faucet that broke and was gushing water. We looked up emergency plumbers and found Ben Franklin. The phone call was answered by a human and she helped guide us through turning off the water main to the house while we were waiting for the plumber to arrive. In about an hour to 90 minutes Joe arrived, identified the problem, gave us an estimate and commenced to fixing it. Joe was respectful of our home (taking off his sneakers, it was raining out), he explained what he was going to do and then did the work. We are very appreciative of Joe's expertise and great work!
