Gene came and immediately knew what was going on with a "thud" noise we've been hearing for months. He did a quick "blue color dye" test on the oldest toilet in the house (the powder room, main floor) and of course, discovered it was leaking. The noise we've been hearing was literally the toilet running and then filling and then producing the thud noise randomly. He was quick, knowledgeable, precise and friendly. I described the symptoms and he knew exactly what needed to be done - gave me a couple of options on a toilet rebuild or replacement, and with NO pressure! Benjamin Franklin was communicative, and sent texts before my appointment and he was able to take payment right here on his iPad. Sam was terrific. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and skillful. He fixed our hot water tank and added an expansion tank to relieve the water pressure. All of this was done very quickly and at an unbelievably low price. We feared the worst (a new water heater) and we were very pleasantly surprised!
