James Peden came to my house and repaired a leaking tub faucet. His service was a refreshing experience. He is friendly, professional , efficient, effective and a real asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. James work ethic should be a good example for his helper in becoming a true professional like James. Congratulations to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing on a good hire.

We initially called with what we thought was a simple concern about water hammer with pipes in the attic and also to have the hot water heater checked. Scott came out to troubleshoot the issue and discovered several underlying issues that the original plumber (not Benjamin Franklin) left behind during the 2020 water heater install. Scott was very transparent with options available and ultimately we decided to have him install a new hot water heater. He was very professional while working his rear end off to drain/remove the old water heater from the attic, fix the piping issues and install a new water heater. He answered any questions we had along the way and we really appreciate his hard work, detail-orientation and friendliness throughout the process.

William Owen’s was great. He unclogged my toilet and my sisters bathroom sink. It might of been earlier than expected but the company did a good job texting me to let me know he was on his way

To keep your water heater running smoothly in Sherman, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.
If your water pressure suddenly drops or only affects certain fixtures in your Sherman home, it could be a sign of a clogged pipe, leak, or a problem with your water supply. Try cleaning faucet aerators first, but if the issue persists, it’s best to call a licensed plumber in Sherman to diagnose and fix the problem before it gets worse.
We are available 24/7 to take your call for emergencies. Our appointment hours are listed above.
