While visiting my parents for the Thanksgiving holiday, I noticed the toilet bowl was cracked and the kitchen faucet was leaking. My parents always use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, so I gave them a call this morning. We scheduled an appointment for tomorrow (very exciting since it's a holiday week and I was concerned we might not get an appointment this week, but we did!). Monica gave me a call around 1 PM today, they had a cancellation, would we be able to have a tech come today? HELL TO THE YES! Dylan was our tech. He arrived promptly, listened to my explanations of what we needed done, identified the parts he would need to do both repairs, then left to pick up the needed toilet, and parts for the faucet. He completed the job in a timely manner. He was easy to talk to, listened, and was super courteous. We are very happy with his work, and I'm very pleased I don't have to worry about the toilet shattering over the holiday.
