Mr. Walter Lincoln was extremely pleasant and explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. I asked him about another toilet that had a slight leak and looked at it also and fixed it for me. He certainly is an asset to your company!!

The technician that came out was very courteous and professional. Had a water stain on the ceiling and instead of just cutting into the drywall and charging for it, he offered a zero cost solution to try out to make sure it was still an ongoing issue or just a fluke. We’ll see if it is. Would definitely recommend them 👍🏼

I am planning to connect my property, which is currently using a well for water, to the public water system and Doug came to do a project survey and estimate for me. He did a great job, not only explained to me the part of the work his company normally does in this type of projects, but also helped me clarified with the county right on the spot for the work required by the county to extend the public main water line into my property which is normally not part of his company's job. He presented in his job the professionalism and as a trustworthy person. I really appreciate his effort.
