Corey was awesome. Really friendly and professional. He knows his stuff and went above and beyond to not just resolve my issue but make sure I understood the plumbing in my home. I made a call after I had flushed a toilet paper holder down the toilet and he was there within the hour. I spoke with a guy named Adam when I called and he was really friendly and helpful as well. In a time when good customer service is harder and harder to find, these guys are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

Corey was professional in every aspect of his service call. He politely introduced himself and took the time to explain how to light the gas fireplace in a way that did not make me feel foolish. It was my first time ever lighting or using a gas fireplace and I did not the house to explode! He checked the hot water heater that feeds hot water to the baseboards and checked the gas powered hot water heater that supplies hot water for dishes, laundry and showers. Corey explained that the hot water heater was four years old and that it is recommended that the tank be purged (emptied) every year to extend the life of the tank. Based on his recommendation and the offer to waive the $79.00 service call fee, I gave him the go-ahead to empty the water tank. We discussed a major project to re-plumb the whole house (it has been jury-rigged over the past 60+ years) and he said that he would rather have his manager come around (no charge) to give a better, more experienced estimate for such a large project. I strongly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing and I will probably call on their service next summer for the whole-house re-plumb.

These guys took such awesome care of me In such a hurry! I woke up to a leak inside my walls and floors and the dispatcher was able to send Chris immediately! Chris ran from the van when he arrived. The sense of urgency is so very much appreciated and was in the end a life saver!!! Highly recommend these guys!!!

I received great service today from Nick of Benjamin Franklin Co On an emergency call for my water heater. I will be calling them back for help with a broken pipe in the upstairs bathroom. Great person, obvious expertise. Friendly, helpful service . Highly recommend
