Howard was knowledgeable and prompt. They charged nothing for the visit and my estimate- and they were the fastest response I got with their online booking tool. So all good there. The estimate/quote seemed a little high, but if you want fast and reliable- these guys are great!

So grateful we found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I noticed a leak under our kitchen sink Friday night, and I called multiple companies who said the earliest they could look at it was Monday. I finally called Benjamin Franklin and they were able to get me an appointment the following morning. Andrew D. communicated his arrival time well, and was so friendly and helpful during the appointment. He quickly figured out the problem and provided transparent, all inclusive pricing.
