Woke up this morning not expecting to need a plumber and I did. Put in 3 requests. They responded right away. Learned how they could help. Had a technician here in a few hours. Chris was respectful, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Left us with a few options without being overly pushy and took care of some much needed maintenece we needed. Will be using these guys for all my plumbing needs from here on out. Fantastic!

Service was great! They came when they were supposed to. Dave was honest and quick. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. My very minor issue that Dave resolved made me a repeat customer because of his exceptional customer service.

I truly could not be more satisfied with the knowledge, expertise and professionalism that the staff at Benjamin Franklin of Sherman showed with my most recent service visit. From my initial chat with Jeff (owner) who took my call on a Sunday afternoon, to Michelle (scheduling/dispatch) helping coordinate the service visit, and then finally with Chris and Elijah (technicians) who helped with unclogging a drain, and then informing my wife and I of an unfortunate larger issue caused by the initial builder of our 6 year old home...I could not be more pleased. Even with the current problem sorted out, and having the bigger problem explained and diagnosed with video evidence from a fiber optic camera was very much appreciated (Even if the news was not pleasant to hear.) I couldn't recommend a better group of guys/girls for any and all of your plumbing needs. Absolutely Top Notch!! Thanks again for all of your help.
