I have a Navien combi boiler tuned up. Originally had Alex from Ben Frank plumbing install it and he did such a good job I called to have him tune it up. He called before he showed up which is always a great idea to do prior to coming. In and out and service was done perfect. He is very knowledgable on these types of boilers and other types of boilers. Pricing is high but so is everything else in this world lately. You pay for his knowledge and experience. I will always use him for any of my boiler needs.
Tim scheduled us quickly for a free estimate. Tyler was honest, transparent, thorough and informative about the work that needed to be done. I received the written estimate within hours. That evening, I emailed questions and received a call first thing the next morning with detailed answers that alleviated my concerns. Tyler provided us with fast, efficient, neat and clean service. He replaced 6 shut off valves and installed new lines to 2 new outside spigots within a few hours. He problem solved how to re-route an inaccessible copper line. I am very happy with the service that I received.
Benjamin Franklin Just left and can’t be happier with the service. Repaired my tankless water heater and installed a water softener all in the same day. Alex and team were great. Took time to discus everything and left my house clean like they were never here.
Great service! They showed up on time, were neat and tidy, and wore booties which was appreciated. The work done was better than expected as I needed a slop sink and pump installed for my washer and dryer setup. Honest and hard workers. Tyler was great.
