That evening, I emailed questions and received a call first thing the next morning with detailed answers that alleviated my concerns. Tyler provided us with fast, efficient, neat and clean service. He replaced 6 shut off valves and installed new lines to 2 new outside spigots within a few hours. He problem solved how to re-route an inaccessible copper line. I am very happy with the service that I received.

My very old furnace was in need of replacing and my long time plumber doesn’t install them, but he really came through with a recommendation of Ben Franklin plumbing, I called in the morning and they sent Alex Loranger out that afternoon, he was very helpful in recommending a replacement and scheduling the install.
