Josh showed up on time and provided me with an estimate. He did leave for a couple hours and I wasn't sure if he was coming back but he did return and went to work installing my new faucets. After a couple hours the new faucets were installed and I'm very happy with the installation and the faucets. Josh was very polite and personable.

Josh arrived much sooner than I expected. Nothing wrong with that. He was polite, listened carefully to my explanation of the plumbing issue. Josh then inspected on his own. He gave me an estimate. I was not prepared for the price he quoted. The quote was the only sour point in this endeavor.

Paul Keener was fantastic. Fixed my hose bib and gave me a quote for another repair. I’ll be calling back soon Joe and Josh did another fantastic job! Got in and out real fast and got the house up and running again. I keep breaking stuff they keep fixing it!
