Plumbers Tcharby D, Jordan S, Michael G, Marshall W. on the Melbourne team branch repiped our home. Also they added a new water heater and disposal. Moved over some pipes so we can change out the vanity. And installed a new shower pan drain and membrane. They worked long hours to meet the deadline. They triple checked everything they did to deliver the best quality. Besides doing their job well , they are polite , with good energy. We are satisfied and would recommend their services .

Michael Waldron was prompt to our job, listened as we explained the issue, did some troubleshooting and found the cause. He provided a good quote and started immediately upon our approval of the quote. Work was excellent and he left no trace of having done so much work. Great work and outstanding cleanup. We will definitely call Ben Franklin Plumbing and ask for Micheal for all our plumbing!

I had a great experience replacing my water heater. Michael and the other technician were both incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident that the job was being done right. One thing I really appreciated was that they put booties on before coming into my house—it showed they respected my home. They also performed a complimentary inspection of my home’s plumbing to make sure everything was working properly and let me know if there was anything that might need attention in the future. I never felt pressured, just well informed. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional plumbers!
