Good work. Quick turnout. Clear communication. Tim did such a good job we felt we needed to bring up out right away for another job! P.S. Google Isn't letting me give a third review, but Tim has been out to our place to repair two broken pressure tanks, a water heater, one broken well pump, plus installing a new spigot and a junction box AND install a magnetic water treatment device for me. It's been an expensive month, but Benjamin Franklin and Tim have been nothing but great.

Brandon came out, quickly figured out what was actually wrong, and had it fully repaired in under an hour for a fraction of the cost. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and honest, and it was such a relief to work with someone who clearly knew what they were doing. Nick did a fantastic job going through all the different areas of the house to check sinks, drains, etc… and make sure things were in good condition. He was also able to answer my questions clearly and when something was needed he went back to the office to retrieve it and was back in a few minutes. Great service!
