Ben the plumber and Ben Franklin Plumbing are my Christmas heroes! I bought a bidet toilet seat to ease my recovery for an upcoming surgery. I had trouble installing it myself, mainly due to a bad hip that made accessing the waterlines difficult and extremely painful. Ryan did some outstanding trouble shooting of my rqinsoft system. The conclusion was tgat the system has outlived its usefulness. He gave me several options that were viable but our decision was not to do anything at this tme, mostly because we’ll most likely be moving in the next year.
