Austin was professional, thorough, efficient and very friendly. He figured out the reason why our toilet continued to clog. Since we live in a new 55+ community, we were stunned when Austin proudly revealed to us the culprit: a bright magenta-colored tampon casement. What?! Everyone here is too… Ohhh, wait.
