I looked online for a same-day plumber and theirs was the first one I saw. I'm so glad it was! I've had 2 urgent issues within a week apart that I've called them for. They've done a wonderful job on both. I definitely will be recommending them to everyone. The owner, Pablo, is so caring and professional. When I had to call the second time for a different issue, which was VERY urgent...Pablo never hesitated and dropped everything to come! Every one of his workers has been very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, honest and always on time. God forbid another problem comes up, but they will be the first I call if it does.

Ethan and Sergio were helpful and professional. They worked together to explain the cause of the issues we were having, fixed the problem and advised how to properly maintain our septic system, etc. They were patient as my kids were hanging around and watching them work, and they made good recommendations for how to proceed. Most importantly to me, they showed up when they said they would, honored the time they said they would be here and finished in a timely manner. I appreciated the clear communication and well managed expectations. It’s apparent this company cares for and respects their employees because the guys doing the work take pride in a job well done.

OMG. Great job. The work was done so fast and so completely, you can not tell that they were here. I am so pleased with the guys. They know what they are doing. We will be calling them for the next job we have and recommend them if you're looking for a reliable plumber.

Joe Stark is very professional and helpful. He did a great job explaining everything and was prompt to follow up with any questions we had. He kept us informed with the process of getting our main sewer drain repaired and at a great price ! 10/10 would recommend.

We have called numerous plumbers in hot springs to check out why we had water in the crawl space under our house. They all told us they couldn't find a problem. Benjamin Franklin came out and diagnosed the problem, which was sewage leaking underneath our house from the old cast iron pipes and replaced the entire pipe within 2 weeks of diagnosing it. We have been dealing with this for at least 2 years trying to find the problem. If you need a plumber please call these guys. They will show up and get the job done unlike most of the other companies in hot springs.

Met with Gary for an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions without being pushy. Awaiting my estimate with high hopes. a. Fantastic service from Gary and Jake. They had a long to do list and got it done in one day! b. Gary returned for one item that couldn't be completed on day one. Expressed sincere regrets and I appreciated the apology. c. Unexpectedly my water heater leaked and needed replacement. Jake replaced it in a couple hours, awesome job! Great finance options too!
