First of all, I want to say that I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing. I was in contact with 2 of their employees. Heather and Cole. They both went above and beyond any expectations that I had! It started with Heather. She is such a breath of fresh air! Very friendly and outgoing. I had to reschedule once, and she was totally understanding. And then Cole came to do the work. He has a great personality and took time to listen to our issue, and fixed it in world record time! Unfortunately, we live in a time when expectations are low. So many times we are disappointed by people that aren't good at their jobs and are clearly just going through the motions. I will assure you that these two people are not like that at all! Both of them were amazing, and I will not hesitate to call them or recommend them any time plumbing service is needed. I hope their bosses realize the value that they add to their company. Good employees are hard to find, and I expect that my experience is not too different than what others receive. Give Benjamin Franklin plumbing a try. You won't regret it!
I had a really great experience using Ben Franklin Plumbing and Tyler Bejmovicz was amazing. They were able to make their plumbing visit really quickly, even though it wasn’t an emergency, and Tyler was super nice and a great communicator. He explained what the issue was really clearly and what all my options were for resolution. I personally think their prices are reasonable. Maybe not the cheapest you can get but I am more trusting they do solid work.
My main line had a break in the pipe that comes down from the upstairs toilet. The Benjamin Franklin's plumber came, he was a very nice and polite man. He check the whole system and showed me what needed to be done. He went out of his way to work with me, and I was able to get repairs done right away. They were reasonably priced, and were knowledgeable about what needed to be done to make my repair's. The replacement pipes looked wonderful, nice and clean once they were done. Benjamin Franklin plumbing is the only company I will use from now on, no messing around with any other company! I will recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing to all my friends and relatives. They're the best!
Our sink backed up, and I had calls in to two local recommend plumbers, but no one called me back. Ben Franklin got me on the schedule (even after hours on their site), and it was easy to book.I was not home for the service, but I was told the technician, Cole, was quick and efficient. It was half the price, if not lower, than a company that I had called a few years ago for the same service. I definitely will be calling them again if needed!

Kate is the Operations Manager at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Kate works directly with the office staff to ensure that our customer is getting the best service experience possible. She enjoys interacting with customers and planning fun company events for our employees. Kate is the daughter of owners, Bruce and Madonna. She takes great pride in helping her parents run a successful family owned business. In her free time, Kate enjoys watching the Kansas City Chiefs and spending time with her children.
Michael Hymer
Service Supervisor
Michael is our service supervisor. He works directly with each technician to ensure that each customer gets the best service we can provide. He consistently looks for ways to improve our product and services. Michael is an outdoor enthusiast so he spends most of his free time with his wife enjoying the outdoors.
Kyle
Plumber
Kyle has worked for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for almost 7 years. He enjoys helping customers with their plumbing issues. He especially enjoys installing Brita water treatment for his customers. He is a car enthusiast and enjoys the outdoors when he's not working. Kyle is now the proud father of a new baby boy!

Kathy worked for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for the last 10 years. She enjoys the people and the family atmosphere we have here. She has two grown boys one of who has joined the Benjamin Franklin team to become a plumber!
Bruce Forthofer
Owner
Bruce has been in the plumbing trade since 1992. He started his own business in 1998 and operated as a one truck operation for 14 years. In 2012, wanting to grow his business, he decided to buy into to the Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchise. In 2012 he merged his company with the existing Benjamin Franklin Franchise in Kansas City. In 2015, he became the sole owner of the company. In 2016 his wife, Madonna, became co owner of the company. He coached his daughters in soccer for 15 years and ran a soccer league for 10. He now enjoys his free time with his grand kids.
Madonna Forthofer
Owner
Madonna is the co-owner of the company along with her husband Bruce. She's helped him in the business since 1998. She is proud to be from Kansas City, KS. She is the mother of five, three being triplets, and a grandmother to five.
