We’re very pleased with the pricing and work that Ben Franklin Plumbing has done at our house. Jewell redid a gas line for our stove in the kitchen and Dallas and Jose did a partial replacement of the sewer line. Jesse and JR are awesome and were our first points of contact for planning what needed to be done. Shoutout to Heather, too, for always being responsive and pleasant when dealing with scheduling/administrative things :). Every employee was kind and professional. We’ll definitely be using them from here on out.

What a great team. Called for a drain cleaning special and Heather answered the phone. She had a technician available for an appointment the same afternoon. Cody arrived on schedule and began his work on our 70 year old home. The blockage was tougher than his first machine could handle so he brought in the big machine and spent 20 minutes working at the trouble spot. He didn't give up until we had a working drain and scheduled at time for his supervisor Jessie could visit with his pipe camera further investigate the underlying issue. Didn't take long for him to find the clay tile was collapsed a few feet before our line meets the main line. This was not an issue to be ignored as we plan to own this home for a number of years. Jesse located the spot of the collapse in the backyard and gave us a quotation for bringing in a crew and exposing the pipe for investigation. We agreed and Randall and Brenden were scheduled for the following day. In the meantime all of the utilities were contacted for emergency locates. When Randy and Brenden arrived the got right to work and in a few minutes had an eight foot deep hole in the back yard and had uncovered the pipe. They also worked from the excavation to open the line back to the house and confirm they had located the only issue that needed attention. Jesse returned for a consultation and presented two options for repair. Since we plan to own this home for a long time, not just flipping it, we chose the complete repair option of pulling a new HDPE liner from the basement to the excavation and installing a cast in place liner in the last few feet of line to meet the main. At every point we were updated on arrival times and everyone who was on site was a true professional. As an example the day after the hole was opened rain was forecasted so Randy and Brenden stayed until after 8 PM to complete the outside work and make sure we could flush until they returned. If you haven't pickup up on it by now I am very happy with Ben Franklin in Kansas City and will use them again and recommend them to friends. Thank you.

I 100% recommend working with this company! Kyle did an awesome job and I believe I got a very fair price. The work was done perfectly and he triple checked it to make sure. I also want to commend their communication when they would arrive and though we had to reschedule a couple times due to unforeseen circumstances, they kept in contact. Work was top notch as well! Can’t go wrong.

Needed emergency drain unclog- they were so professional when I called! Got someone here in less than an hour! And no crazy “emergency” charge! The plumber was a great guy! Again, professional and courteous! Brynt was very knowledgeable and efficient- fixed us right up! Company vehicle nice and clean, uniforms nice- hope we never need again- who wants plumbing issues?-but if we do, you can bet we will call them again for sure!!!
