As always, a great experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing! Yes, they were a little late getting here, but sometimes she you can't help that when jobs take a little bit longer than you expect. Once they got here they went right to work and wow, they Really got things done quickly! They also answered any questions I had. No wonder we've used them for the past 20 years. they may cost just a little bit more than others, but they get the job done and they get it done right!
Evan was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable about our situation. Flooded basement due to primary pump going out. Replaced and water was drained within a few hours. Gave some helpful tips and made sure we were set for future situations. Also appreciate Benjamin as a company for being honest about wait time and scheduling as we were in an emergency situation and they were honest about how quickly they could get someone to us.
Rodney was efficient and helpful. He quickly took care of my main problem: a toilet that needed to be re-anchored to the floor. A second issue, a valve controlling an outside spigot, he suggested I should just put off dealing with for the time being, since it does not actually seem to be leaking at the moment.
Donn was amazing!! He was thorough and helped us solve a complex plumbing issue. He cared about coming up with the most affordable solution for us and saved us alot of money. It's clear he cares about his customers! We will never call anyone else for plumbing! Benjamin Franklin is the best!

Jim Farmer hails from Muncie, Indiana, and has a long history in the plumbing industry. Drawn by Benjamin Franklin’s robust organization and opportunities for growth, he brings a passion and enthusiasm for the trades to his business each day. Jim prioritizes upfront honesty, both with clients and team members, and maintains a strong focus on customer needs. He's married with four children, and actively cheers for and coaches their track, cross country, and baseball teams.
Brian Lebo
Field Supervisor
Brian was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. After working in the Navy, Brian became a licensed HVAC and Plumbing contractor and has now worked in the industry for over 35 years. He has served as President of the Greater Indianapolis Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors Association whose mission it is to enhance professionalism, educate, train and provide industry leaders. He has also taught in the local plumbing apprenticeship school for five years and is currently serving as Secretary of the Indiana State PHCC. When heâs not working, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He is active in his church and loves hiking, bicycling and spending time in the great outdoors.
