I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Huntington Beach for a persistent tapping sound we heard every time we turned on our shower. We had literally had 4 other professionals look at our shower without resolution of the issue. Raymond came out the day after we called. He was willing to come out the day we called but we had a scheduling conflict. He was honest about the issue, explained the fix clearly and worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the reliable service and professional attitude, and the price was fair. Our drain pipe was under so much pressure it could have burst without repair! Ray fixed the drain and we haven’t heard the sound since.
