I was in panick mode when I discovered our water tank was leaking. Our prior residence water tank was under the house but as our family grew we established a new home in 2005 with the water heater being in a room in the basement so the urgency was intense. In the process of dumping water,I was on the phone speaking with Benjamin Plumbing. We wanted to choose the water heater of our choosing so my wife and I went to the two box stores that night and made purchase. We communicated the purchase with Benjamin and they had us scheduled instantly. Chris Jackson was our tech. He was punctual and very informative. I generally don't write many reviews but this company deserves the accolades. We have plans next year to transform our backyard into an outdoor living space with a kitchen and various water features. We have found the company to not only be the go to for our residential area but we will definetly hire for all of the plumbing needs for that project.

Our technician Chris was very helpful and informative about what was going on. He went above and beyond to get the repair done and did so in a timely manner. With it being the holiday time it is very appreciated that we were able to get this done reasonably and quickly. This company will be my first choice for all plumbing needs in the future, and they should be yours as well! Ask for Chris !!

I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come and drain my water heater today. Chris was my technician. He called ahead of time and actually was able to come a little early. He was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable and was very easy to talk with. He explained everything. He drained the tank (under the house) and checked all the water pressure in the house. The company offered a great deal ($119), not only for the work they did, but it also included a yearly program if I needed any further plumbing repairs throughout the year for 15% off. I was very pleased with the company from the original call, set up and work done. I will definitely use them again and will share their information with friends!

Chris was great and very thorough. Even though the problem ended up being our septic tank, Chris was able to pin point the actual problem after a few hours of eliminating all other possibilities. He was finished with just enough time to get septic company to come out and finish

Benjamin Plumbing was great to work with. Sunday afternoon our main water valve wouldn’t turn back and we put an emergency call to them. They were able to come out within an hour and had our water back on within 2 hrs. Highly recommend them!! Thank you!!
