Initially called for a sewage smell in my house that’s been going on for a long time and getting worse. During technician’s assessment he determined that our pipes were not in code and needed to be replaced. He was a hard worker and stayed on task. He did find the source of the smell and fixed it.The job took 2 days plus a 3rd day to come back to fix some of his work after inspected by his supervisor. During that visit one of the fixes unfortunately caused a gap in the tub as seen in attached picture. I’m giving a 4 star because he usually came 1.5 hours or more after the time he told us he would come. One day he didn’t come at all or call. Again, our problem was fixed and he took care of an extra request, but dependability was lacking.

Michael England from Benjamin Frankly provided me with excellent service. Plus when ever I had a question he would use it as teaching moment to explain the pros and cons of different plumbing methods. Michael also placed all needed information onto the work he completed, if I ever find the need to call on a plumber again. The next plumber will know the history of the work that has been done. Michael also worked with my schedule and so I did not have to work my schedule around his.

We made an appointment to have the main water valve coming into the house repaired. A few days before the appointment, we noticed a leak from the hot water valve to the kitchen sink. We contacted Benjamin Franklin and Stone completed this job for us as well. He was very professional and knowledgeable! Thank you for coming out to help us! Jordan Sellers and Will Elliott replaced our water tank with a tankless in December 2025. They were professional and courteous. They both worked to complete the job and cleaned up before leaving. I would not hesitate to have them back, if, another job were needed in our home. I would highly recommend both of these young men.
