Very very nice and explained everything that he was going to do.

We were seen quickly and taken care of. Dustin and David were professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to replace our water heater, working into the night in frigid weather.

Dustin at Benjamin Franklin Plumbling did a masterful job and was very efficient in fixing my water line connecting my house to the city water. I live in a 100 year old home with a few water pipe issues that were exposed by Hurricane Helene. He also took time to evaluate and thoughtfully provide advice on these issues. I plan to request him again when I need these issues fixed.
