We replaced our kitchen sink/faucet and disposal at the same time as our countertop upgrade. The countertop installation completed at the end of the day. Even though it was late, Dylon still came to our house and installed the sink and disposal with an awesome attitude and his work was impeccable. Very impressive! About 2 months later, there was leaking coming from under the sink and we could not use the kitchen sink. The same day we called customer service for an appointment, Dylon promptly made it to the house and found a loose fitting in the faucet head itself. Thankfully this was a quick and easy fix. Dylon and company have outstanding customer service, take price and ownership of their work and we are more than satisfied customers! We really appreciate Dylon. Thank you so much, AGAIN!
Colin did lots of work precisely, knowledgeably with 20 years of plumbing experience, high quality and great workmanship every time water spiket replacements, 2x hot water heaters with custom configurations. Tube spout , and thorough and a expert in well equipment. Will refer to all family & friends!
The customer service scheduled a same day appointment for us. Both customer service and the plumber technician kept us informed as to when Devon would arrive at our residence. When Devon arrived, he examined areas of concern snd addressed all needs and made sure we were pleased with results when work was completed. Devon was professional, knowledgable, and courteous. Will definitely ask for him again if we need a technician - class act. Thank you!
Dustin and the Company were absolutely great! First, they don’t charge for a quote. I called another company and they wanted to charge me $99 just to give me a quote. Dustin worked on our challenging and unique job and did a great job. Thank you!
I was having water leaking from the way my kitchen faucet was done . Ryan Thoennes was my technician from Benjamin Franklin plumbing . Ryan knew just looking at the way valves and supply lines were that things needed to be moved and replaced. I am so happy that it all working perfectly and I won’t need to be won’t have to worry about leaking water anymore. And Ryan also checked my hot water heater and recommends that it be replaced because of the age of it. I plan on replacing very soon as to avoid any water problems from a leaking hot water. I feel a peace of mind after all was done today! Ryan spent the time to also explain everything he was doing so I could understand . Thank you very much for all your work in such a tight space under the kitchen sink ! You did a great job 😊
