Hunter and Nazibu did an amazing job on my repair. They were able to get there way earlier than expected which was nice as my situation was urgent. I was informed they would be coming early. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and got the job completed in a few hours on the same day I called. Randy Cooper is an excellent plumber. My 2 toilets have been running periodically for a long time and he knew what the problem was before he got into the bathrooms, and promptly fixed them. He gave me good advice on a couple things and also suggested I call water company about adjusting my water & sewer bills. I found him to be very nice and knowledgeable. I was very happy with him and will call again if needed!!!!
Great experience! They had the ability to send someone out the same day we needed service. Roger called when he was on the way and took the time to explain everything to me while still be efficient! Will continue to use this company for our future needs.
I had a leaky kitchen faucet. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They sent Mr Hussin that same morning and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Excellent service Mr. Hussin was very professional and friendly. I will definitely call them for any other plumbing issues I have in the future.
