Well, I regularly plug up the toilet doing dad business, and this time, the plunger didn’t work. I even got mi hijo involved but he couldn’t do anything about it either. He said I should call the plumber so he looked on the internet (he’s good at that) and found one with a familiar name. I figured he could unplug my toilet. Mi hijo agreed. And sure enough, after a visit from a really nice man, the toilet is back up and running.
Hunter and Nazibu did an amazing job on my repair. They were able to get there way earlier than expected which was nice as my situation was urgent. I was informed they would be coming early. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable and professional and got the job completed in a few hours on the same day I called. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for future repair needs😊
We are very pleased with the service Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Our technician was Hunter. He replaced a very old water heater and brought our plumbing needs for that up to code. He also unclogged a drain and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the new water heater. He also said that they will come once a year to drain the water heater free of charge for the next 7 years. Benjamin plumbing will now be in our contact list for all future plumbing needs. Thank you for the quick service!
Randy Cooper is an excellent plumber. My 2 toilets have been running periodically for a long time and he knew what the problem was before he got into the bathrooms, and promptly fixed them. He gave me good advice on a couple things and also suggested I call water company about adjusting my water & sewer bills. I found him to be very nice and knowledgeable. I was very happy with him and will call again if needed!!!!
