Jim Farmer and the crew at BF have shown some great customer service regardless of where it turns into a service appointment or not. Called to talk through a service late on a Friday night and Jim didn't hesitate to walk me through potential sourcing of part solutions as well as offer his services to check their inventory on the weekend. Top Notch. Definately recommend.

The gentlemen (JT) did a great job on the 3 drains he cleaned, cleaned the mess and was very professional. I do have an issue with the invoice total. I paid $659,00, I think it should have been $560, if my addition/subtraction is correct. Pls review invoice and let me know.
