I had a wonderful experience with the company's customer service and Jesse exceeded my expectations. He is very personable and loves what he does. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything in detail. Despite the repair and cost being more than I enticipated, Jesse helped make the decision easier, explained all the benefits, and what was priority. He takes great pride in his work at it shows! While I spent more than I expected to, it was all worth it with the knowledge I received! The new toilet looks great!

We had a new water heater installed. Zac was courteous, professional, and friendly. He explained everything to us and did a great job! We are very pleased with our service from the first call to completion.

We had had an ongoing issue with a fixture in our cellar, and as luck would have it, a separate issue arose between the time I made the appointment and Mike's arrival. He assessed the issues and gave us a quote that fit our budget and exceeded the expectation in the scope of work. Competent plumber, fair price, as well as flexible scheduling. Nothing to complain about.

I am incredibly pleased with the service we received. Our tech worked hard to find the source of the leak and resolved it quickly and for a reasonable price. He even went the extra mile and cleaned up every single speck of drywall dust. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin in the future!

Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue and also cleaned up another issue I had that was causing problems I didn't even know were problems until he explained them. Always very happy with BFP. Edit: I had a very small leak in one of the fittings due to a fitting that failed. Called BFP and they set up an appointment for the next morning which I was happy with. Zach called and asked if he could do it same day since it was under warranty. Now my leak is fixed. Still a 5-star review.
