I highly recommend Gio at Ben Franklin Plumbing. He’s very nice, professional, good at explaining things, and overall I had a great experience with him and Zach. They were able to repair our drain at less than half the quoted price of some other plumbers simply by isolating and replacing the location of the fault, rather than recommending the nuclear option of just replacing the entire house’s drainage system (which is under a concrete slab) due to its age.

Alie was professional and upfront from the start in diagnosing and walking us through each step of our repair. An outside leak turned into a major job. His guidance was not to try and make a sale, but to show us the correct way of fixing the problem. We really appreciated him and his Benjamin Franklin plumbing team. They were all so friendly and amazing!

Roger at Minuteman referred me to Kelvin at his sister company for a very small job and we got it done quickly. Kelvin does several of their special projects because he also has a backgeound in carpentry and remodeling.

Nick Fontenot was our requested Benjamin Franklin plumbing representative due to his high level of service offered to us, and all his regular customers. As usual Nick was on time, prompt, efficient, courteous, friendly and caring about the work we needed done. He paid close attention to the things that needed to be addressed and handled them perfectly. He explained, in detail, the things that he was doing to a new employee, Hunter, who was also very courteous, respectful and paid close attention. Nick is a shining example of what a service representative should be and we appreciate his efforts.

Andrew called to let me know he was on his way with an ETA ~20 minutes which gave me time to go get lunch. After his arrival I explained what is needed and he some professional advice on 2 future projects. I have always had a good experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing and I will always recommend them.
