I have been a homeowner for over 20 years and have had many many tech specialists and laborers come for quotes and installs over the course of three homes. (I have had a janky hot water heater since I moved in this house three years ago. Another company had come to “fix” it and that fix lasted less than two years). This company is easily in the top 3. From the timely scheduling - they came in less than 48 hours - to the friendly and sales-free assessment of the problem and the incredibly professional and thorough install, both done by Adam, this was the best experience. I liked them so much they are coming back to fix a shoddy job done by another company, lol. I highly recommend just doing it right the first time with these guys. Impressive to say the least. Here is a photo of their work. I wish I had a before photo. Because this is stunning.

Was very pleased with this service and the fact that they took calls 24 hours. We had Adam Crain come out first thing the morning after we called, he took a look at our water heater, laid out all our options, and ended up getting a new one installed same day. He was quick, professional, and we are very happy with the service.

Originally reached out to them for a second opinion over another company. They gave me an option/quote that was about 15% of the cost of the first. They completed the work in under an hour and with a 2 year warranty. I felt they were honest, courteous and professional.
