They are excellent to work with. They are very professional and punctual. Dan White was fantastic! He made sure we knew what was going on step by step. He kept us in the loop every step of the way. We were very appreciative of the way he handled all of our issues. More issues arose due to things we didn’t know. They made sure to show us what was going on and to get people there to get estimates. I am so thankful we chose them! If you want to go to a plumbing business that is fair and reasonable, these are your people!

I had very great service. The technician was on time. He explained to me the problem and explained the best option to fix my sump pump. He fixed it the same day and did an amazing job. I'm was very satisfied. I definitely recommend.

My kitchen sink drain were clogged for two weeks and I tried many methods to fix it But I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing in the morning and they came to my house same day in less than 3 hours and resolved the problem, plus they installed new pipes to my sink. They were so great and so professional leaving everything clean after done their job. I recommend them. Also they have a membership which save you money and good service.

He explained professionally, on terms I could understand, about different systems and what would be the best options for my situation! I felt confident in my decision because of his expertise. Ben Franklin added an exceptional / very qualified person to their list and I'm hoping he will be sent to install my newest system!!! Jermaine C was the person sent to install my water system...timely professional, hard working,and clean up was complete! Another positive experience!!

Their after hours emergency support provided very helpful information, and they had a super nice and skilled technician here first thing at 8am the next morning. Their application allows tracking and real time visibility to when they will arrive. He stayed on site and replaced our busted hot water heater until we confirmed everything was working as needed. Vincenzo was friendly, transparent, knowledgeable, great with our kid and dog. I would recommend and will use again in future
