Customer service and quality of work is clearly a requirement to be employed by Ben Franklin. I called BF Plumbing early in the morning because we discovered a leak in our bathroom sink. I made an appointment for between 10 and 2:00 and Alex arrived around 11:30 in a big blue truck. After he looked at the problem he gave me a quote which I thought was quite high but since he was there told him to go ahead. I worked in residential construction for 20 years and have never seen a plumber do a difficult job in tight quarters with really neat professional results. Given the fact that he drove from 60+ miles away and then had to run out to get a part and spent close to 4 hours on the job, the price hurt less. His work and professionalism were ideal. Glad he did our work.
