Vinnie and Myles came promptly to fix our hot water system - not knowing what the real issue even was! As soon as they looked they had the system working within a few minutes. Additionally we looked at the overall system, which had not been maintained properly, and we got a much needed education. We'll be getting them back soon for future maintenance and new system. Felix came out to do an estimate for the job that was needed. He was knowledgeable, understanding, respectful; there was a great rapport between him and the person that he had shadowing him. I can’t remember her name. They were completely respectable in the house. two of my kitties absolutely adored him. One of them spent more time kissing up to Felix than anything else. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process clearly as he worked.He diagnosed a tripping well pump that was drawing high amps, safely pulled and replaced the pump, and restored our water the same day. He communicated what needed to be done, and completed the repair efficiently. Everything was handled in a professional and timely manner, and we really appreciated being kept informed throughout the entire service. Very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend.
