Shaun Spencer was absolutely fantastic. He was calm, extremely professional and explained everything before he did anything. He went over every little detail and gave me prices for best case and worse case scenarios. We have used them in the past, the techs and main call center are the best. Shaun in reality you deserve a 10/10.

Chad did an awesome job. He was very professional and you could tell he takes pride in his work. Chad was also good at explaining what he was doing to correct our issue and left no mess behind. If we ever have plumbing problems again, we will definitely be calling Benjamin Franklin, plumbing and requesting Chad. I noticed my cat and dog really like Chad too, and they are a very good judge of character! 😀

Carlos, the plumber from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, came early, which I appreciated. He was very pleasant to deal with, and completed several small projects very efficiently. I was pretty surprised at how high the price was that he quoted, but decided to proceed with the work anyway. I recognize that this was not the judgement call of the plumber, but came from the company. Still, I will hesitate before I call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for any big jobs.

The installer Shaun was professional and did great work. Happy with the job. Second time we’ve used Ben Franklin and I have no complaints.

Grayson was great! He answered all of my questions (I had many!) with a smile, made suggestions and repeated himself several times while I made notes in my phone so that I wouldn’t forget. He was thorough, courteous, professional and an all around nice gentleman! I welcome Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to send him back every year for my annual inspection!!
