We briefly talked with Shaun about the necessary repairs and scheduled to get work done for tomorrow as my house requires the water company to turn off the mainline from the street. He was super helpful, kind, and efficient. He was also punctual. Overall, this isn’t my first time working with this company and everyone at the location is awesome, which is why I joined the membership.

We had an excellent experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Huge shout-out to Nick, Sean, and Austin for truly going above and beyond to help us resolve our plumbing issues. They took the time to explain everything in a way we could actually understand, welcomed us to watch and ask questions while they worked, and were genuinely a delight to have in our home. I honestly feel like I understand our house’s plumbing better after this experience, and really appreciated them letting us learn from them as they worked. It was very clear that they did everything they could to get us a fix as quickly and affordably as possible, without cutting corners or upselling. I contacted Benjamin Franklin to check a sump pump which was discharging with a very short cycle. Benjamin Franklin had installed the pump and back up system 10 years ago. I've had no issues with the pump other than this recent very short discharge cycle. The tech, Julian, came out to inspect the same day. After inspection I was told the pump was operating as intended due to the heavy snow melting/water to expect a shorter pump cycle. I suspected the same but wanted to have the sump pump checked as a precaution since it was 10 years old. No issues.

Great service, Trey my technician came out that day for a water leak with our refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He found the problem and was able to fix. Note: Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is connected with our One Hour Heating contract so our repair was covered. We feel our contract has been so worth it! All services we’ve had with both companies over the years have been consistently great!
