Both technicians, David Gonzales & Jayson Helseley, arrived on-time and explained the entire problem with our outdoor connections to the city main. The work required digging, new copper pipe and value installations. When the work was completed, the pipes were also wrapped with insulation and the ground looked like no one had been there. They are professional, friendly and very respectful to us and our property. We now have BFP doing our semi-annual flushing of our tankless water heater and will call them any time we need plumbing services. Great Team and highly recommended.
Nathan did a great job fixing a broken pipe on our outside spigot that was causing a leak. He did a great job assessing the situation and providing an effective fix! He was prompt and incredibly great to work with! I would recommend him to anyone that has a plumbing need!

Mixit valve was leaking 30-40 drips per minute and needed replaced, was probably original with the house built in 1983. Ben showed up and saved my family and I a large water bill as we were about to leave on a trip. He was done within a few hours and was kind enough to match the fixtures on the sink and even though had a new shower nozzle, he kindly installed the older one that is preferred by my family. He was very professional, explained all his work and cleaned up better than he found the work site. Ben is an excellent service provider and I hope he is awarded a holiday bonus for the exceptional work done.
We’ve been with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for about a year and it has been the service we’ve long been looking for. Their subscription allows for efficient maintenance and pricing that doesn’t hurt your pocket. Today, Francisco helped us with identifying troublesome areas in our tankless water heater during a routine flush, and then walked us through the options on how to address the concerns, with respect and professionalism. Answered all questions without rushing. I felt well informed and taken care of. He was not pushy or trying to upsell us, allowing us to make the decision based on the facts presented. We recently had our sewer line repaired and lined, and our technician, Daniel Speicher, was outstanding. He was incredibly proactive, working directly with the city to get our lining approved and keeping us informed every single step of the way. He didn't consider the job done until everything was perfect, including coordinating repairs for some residual damage near our back gate. Danny made a difficult home repair much easier on our family. Five stars!
We had to have our sewer line repaired and lined. Our technician, Daniel Speicher, went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. Instead of just telling us that our line needed to be replaced, he took video and petitioned the city to allow us to line it. Leading up to the repairs he stayed in constant communication so we had no questions. He kept this same communication style during the service, and even after. There was residual damage in the alley by our gate and against our fence. He took it upon himself to work with the construction manager and coordinate repairs. While having our sewer repaired wasn't a fun process, Danny definitely made it a lot easier for us. I can't speak highly enough about him, and was happy that we worked with him!
