Gerardo and crew were fantastic! They came and put down coverings on the rugs/floors, covered areas around where they worked, fixed our issue, and then cleaned everything up afterwards leaving our place as clean as it was when they arrived. I was in panick mode when I discovered our water tank was leaking. Our prior residence water tank was under the house but as our family grew we established a new home in 2005 with the water heater being in a room in the basement so the urgency was intense. In the process of dumping water,I was on the phone speaking with Benjamin Plumbing. We wanted to choose the water heater of our choosing so my wife and I went to the two box stores that night and made purchase. We communicated the purchase with Benjamin and they had us scheduled instantly. Chris Jackson was our tech. He was punctual and very informative. I generally don't write many reviews but this company deserves the accolades. We have plans next year to transform our backyard into an outdoor living space with a kitchen and various water features. We have found the company to not only be the go to for our residential area but we will definetly hire for all of the plumbing needs for that project.
